Listen: Life is all about pleasure...

This very moment is filled with relaxation, bliss, hope and happiness if you take a moment to look around you. Take a look up at the sky and see the clouds floating by, the powerful rays of the sun that keep you warm, the air that we breathe everyday and your heart that beats without you telling it too.

In this present moment, be grateful for everything you have in your life that you have taken for granted. Your friends, family, your opportunities, the house you live in and the bed you sleep in every night. You are a living breathing human being... take in that fresh air and feel ALIVE and be CONNECTED with the world!!

You are blessed with the ability to move, feel, imagine, create, wonder, learn, play, enjoy .... all of these options and gifts are available to you in every waking moment. Your ability to become happy with an adventurous outlook on life is at your constant beck and call. You can be anything and do anything you want with a conscious decision to do so!

Become aware of greater inspired thoughts and actions!

Use this moment to acknowledge to yourself, "I am an excellent person and I'm going to figure out ways how to make my life even better".

This is an acknowledgment of what's already good in your life, to improve on it - to build even more self appreciation and happiness. When you acknowledge good feelings right now, you are most likely to pursue ways to feel even better.

Life is all about building on the pleasure you already have so you can experience even more of this pleasure. Success breeds even greater success!

RAISE your standards and allow your present abundance to guide you towards your future!

As you begin to manifest this within yourself, your life begins to become an opportunity for life success and happiness... and this is FUN!

- Acknowledge your current success and become inspired for the future...

Let your goals lead your inspiration and be hungry for more success every day.

- Fill yourself up with passion for the future and use it to grow even more successful than you are right now!

With appreciation NOW and passion you continuously grow to feel good about improving the quality of your life. In the western world we are usually taught to 'go achieve goals' so we can succeed and eventually feel good. In the eastern world they say "I'm supposed to enjoy myself right now because this is all there is!"

The western world is focused on the future and the Eastern world is focused on the present, but we need both!

We need fulfillment and achievement at the same time.

Equally the past and future are both working together in this unique way to give you the success you want in life!

Exercise:

1. Imagine yourself 5 years from now. What are you going to experience after you achieve life success? (Think about all of the things you are going to experience when you have achieved your ultimate goals.) How is it going to feel? What are you going to hear? Taste? Experience? Has your surroundings changed? How has your life dramatically improved for the better by achieving your goals??

2. How does visualizing your dreams in this positive way create more self appreciation? (List all the reasons why imagining your positive future enables you to feel more abundant right now.) How has this exercise filled you up with inspiration in the present moment to succeed for the future? How does it feel to recognize your current life abundance? How grateful are you to have the opportunity to create success right now?

Remember that life is a gift, as soon as you are grateful for what you already have, you become RICH! Rich with emotion, rich with passion, rich with fulfillment!

"Don't settle for anything less than you can be!"

Your a living, breathing human being with masses of potential! Life is an opportunity, USE IT and embrace it EVERYDAY! :)
