Our brain is active 24 hours a day. It never stops. You are dreaming all day whether you realize it not. What are your dreams like?  Dreams of a new house, a better job, more money.  I believe that goals are dreams with wings on them. What I mean is that you give your dreams motion. Here is how you do that.

1.  Write your dreams down. It will reinforce to you what your dreams really are.

2.  Ask yourself what can YOU do to accomplish those dreams?

3.  What changes can you make in your lifestyle to help those dreams come to fruition.

4.  Change those dreams into goals. Tell yourself they WILL come to pass because you are committed to them.

5.  Take action TODAY. Don't wait until tomorrow. If you take action today, no matter how small it is, you will be on your way to achieving your dreams.  Start small. Take one step at a time.

6.  Don't let anyone deter your
from turning your dreams into goals and putting wings on them. Remember, others cannot see what you can see. Others cannot imagine what is in your heart and mind, only you know that.

7.  Don't give in to discouragement.  Each apparent setback is an opportunity to learn and to grow so learn from each one. A person is judged by how many times they get up, not how many times they fall. Just accept the fact that each lesson you learn is making you a better person and that is the most important thing.

8.  Don't live your life to other peoples standard, live it to your own standards.

9.  Control your own destiny. Don't let others control it for you.

Put wings on your dreams. Turn them into achievable goals. You will see them come to pass as you apply the ACTION that is needed.
